Highly absorbent, soft and gentle non-woven, 4-ply sterile swabs designed for absorption, protection, disinfection and padding. Ideal for cleaning and dressing wounds, as a practical alternative to cotton wool. Each swab is non-woven to minimise loose fibres and irritation at the wound site.

Why Non-Woven?

Non-woven swabs offer excellent absorbency with low linting, helping to reduce the risk of loose fibres affecting the wound. The smooth surface is skin-friendly and provides good tolerance during frequent dressing changes.

Directions

1. Clean hands and prepare the wound area as directed by a healthcare professional.
2. Open pouch and remove a sterile swab, avoiding contact with the central surface.
3. Use for cleansing, absorbing exudate, or as padding under a secondary dressing.
4. Secure with appropriate fixation (tape, bandage or secondary dressing).
5. Dispose of used swabs safely. Replace as often as advised.
