How to Apply

• Cut the bandage to twice the length of the area being supported

• Pull the first half up the limb

• Fold the second half over the first layer for even, double support

• Apply from the joint below to the joint above the area being treated

  • Example: To support the elbow, apply from wrist to shoulder

  • To support the wrist, apply from elbow to knuckles
